Executive Director of Zero Foodprint and its parent organization, The Perennial Farming Initiative, whose work promotes food-related solutions and seeks to build a renewable food system rooted in healthy soil. Zero Foodprint/PFI has recently partnered with the State of California on a program called Restore California, which directs funding from Zero Foodprint restaurants directly into soil-building agricultural practices, such as compost application.
